- Property values up to $3 million for FUS Grades 1–8 (coastal zones exclude wind and hail coverage)
- General liability limits up to $5,000,000 aggregate

- No liability deductible
- Expanded definition of bodily injury to include sickness or disease caused by mental anguish or emotional distress
- Hostile fire exception to pollution exclusion
