APRIL Canada announces new leadership and accelerates transformation to enhance customer experience
In order to accelerate our transformation to offer you an enriched experience, APRIL Group has chosen to bring together the activities of APRIL Canada and APRIL Marine Canada under the co-leadership of Marie-Eve Paquette, until now Deputy CEO Operations & Customer Experience of April Marine Canada, and Florian Chabanette as Deputy CEO Supply & performance.
With over 15 years of insurance expertise, Marie-Eve will focus on improving the customer experience and optimizing our operations. Florian Chabanette, with almost 20 years' experience in corporate strategy and management, and 5 years' knowledge of the April group, will focus on performance and relations with insurers and brokers. Each brings complementary expertise and shares a passion for customer service and a culture of efficiency.
With a track record of success over the last few years with APRIL Marine Canada, Marie-Eve and Florian have both been in action for several weeks, working alongside the entire team to achieve the following ambitions:
- Enhance the quality of the customer experience, from underwriting to management;
- To develop APRIL Canada's business by offering high value-added solutions and services to Canadian brokers and policyholders.
